Dusty at the Table · Booking Instructions
The Handshake.
Get the details right.
Before you book, make sure you have the right reading, a clear question and the information I need to prepare the work properly.
Dusty at the Table uses a guided manual booking process rather than an automatic cart. Each reading is bespoke, so the reading, session length, payment, Brief and delivery or appointment details need to stay attached to the right matter from the beginning.
These instructions apply in the same way whether you are booking a standard reading, a seasonal special from The Turning Table, or a custom reading that has been arranged with me.
After payment, when you submit your details through the Contact form, please state the exact name of the reading or service you have booked and the session length purchased. This allows the payment, Brief and booking details to be matched correctly before the work begins.
The process is designed to reduce crossed wires and make sure I have the correct information before any work begins. Everything you need is set out on this page in order.
Read through the booking information, then go to the Final Handshake at the bottom of the page. From there you can continue to the secure Gateway, where the final agreement is presented before checkout. After payment, you send your Brief through the Contact form using your transaction reference.
Step One
Choose the right degree of work.
Start with the situation. Make sure the reading and duration you select are appropriate before you pay.
15 minutes
A short, focused reading for one clearly defined question or immediate pressure point. This is a recorded MP3 reading, delivered privately by email.
£25 · Recorded MP330 minutes
A deeper recorded reading for one situation with more movement, history, pressure or people involved. Delivered privately by email as an MP3.
£40 · Recorded MP360 minutes
A live one-to-one Zoom session for larger patterns, identity, recovery, direction or major threshold work.
£70 · Live ZoomDouble-check before paying.
It is your responsibility to select the reading that best fits your situation. If you are unsure which reading is appropriate, contact me before making payment.
Step Two
How payment works.
Payments are processed through the payment gateway via PayPal. When you reach the Final Handshake at the bottom of this page, you can continue to the secure Gateway and complete checkout from there.
Financial transactions are handled by the payment provider. I receive confirmation that the payment has been completed, but I do not see or store your card number, bank details or other payment credentials.
I collect only the information needed to perform and administer the work: your name, contact details, the reading you have booked, and the information you choose to provide about your question or situation. Your details are not sold or traded to third parties for their own use.
Keep your payment receipt and transaction reference. You will need the transaction ID when you submit your booking information.
Checkout comes after the final check.
Continue through this page before paying. At the bottom, the Final Handshake takes you to the secure Gateway. The agreement is presented there before checkout can continue.
After payment, you must still send your full Brief through the Contact form. Payment on its own does not provide the question, background information or delivery details needed to begin your reading.
Step Three · The Gate
Send the Brief through the Contact form.
Once you have paid, go to the Dusty at the Table Contact page and submit the paid-order form.
Use the Contact form at dustyatthetable.com/contact. Where the form offers a booking or paid-order option, select Submit Grist (Paid Order) or the equivalent paid-booking option shown there.
Please submit the information promptly after payment, ideally immediately. The existing booking protocol allows up to 48 hours for your Brief. If the required information has not been received, the reading remains on hold until the complete details arrive.
Once the work connected with a booking has concluded, you may also use the Contact form to request deletion of your personal information, subject to anything that must be retained for legitimate administrative record-keeping.
Payment opens the ticket. The Brief tells me what road we are reading.
What I need from you
Your Brief: the complete coordinates.
Please send all of the following that apply to your reading. Missing information delays the work.
- Your name. Use the name you want associated with the booking.
- Your email address. Make sure it is correct.
- The reading booked. State the exact reading title and duration.
- Your transaction ID. Copy this from your payment receipt.
- MP3 delivery email. For recorded readings, confirm the exact email address to which the MP3 should be sent.
- Telephone/mobile number. Required only where the live Zoom format or booking process asks for it.
- Your question. One clear, focused question about the situation you want examined.
- The Knot. A concise, honest description of the central problem or situation.
- The Ground. The relevant background and history that brought you to this crossroads.
- The Friction. What is specifically blocking, complicating or putting pressure on the situation now.
- Photographs, if specifically requested. Send a clear JPEG only where the reading or inquiry requires one.
- Zoom availability. For a live 60-minute session, provide three suitable time windows over the next 10 days.
- Your time zone and country. Essential for live Zoom bookings outside the UK.
Comprehensive, but brief.
I need enough context to understand the matter, but not pages of unrelated history. Give me the information that explains the road, the problem and the pressure point.
Step Four · The Signal
Frame one useful question.
The clearer the matter, the sharper the reading. I work best with a specific situation rather than a vague request for “the future”.
Focus the question on your own position, decisions, momentum, pressures or immediate blockage. Avoid combining several unrelated questions into one booking.
I do not use the reading to lock you into a fixed outcome, and I do not provide simple binary yes/no verdicts. The aim is to examine the structure of the situation and the forces around it.
“I am facing a choice between continuing independently or collaborating with others. What is the immediate friction in the two paths?”
“I am moving away from a long-term project and feel stalled. What is maintaining the current inertia, and what should I understand before the next phase?”
Bring questions like these
What is the real pressure in this situation?
What pattern am I repeating?
What am I not seeing clearly?
What changes if I take this opportunity?
Where is the friction between me and another person?
What needs attention before I make the next move?
Outside the scope of the Table
The published boundaries exclude legal, medical and financial outcomes, death and health questions, pregnancy, gambling and investments, missing persons and readings intended to prove suspected infidelity.
Institutional career strategy and academic research or publishing strategy are also outside the purpose of these readings where specialist professional advice would be more appropriate.
Mediumship is not offered as a standard online service through this Table. Although it forms part of my training, the present work is focused on helping the living person deal with the situation in front of them now.
I reserve the right to decline a matter if I believe this is not the appropriate service or I am not the right person to address it. If I decline a pre-paid booking for ordinary professional-suitability reasons, the pre-paid fee will be refunded in accordance with the published policy.
Services are for adults aged 18 or over. I may refuse or terminate a session where a person is underage, intoxicated, under the influence of substances, or otherwise unable to engage safely or appropriately.
Formats & Delivery
Know what happens next.
15 & 30 minutes: Recorded MP3
These are not live appointments. I personally record the reading and send the private MP3 to the email address you confirm in your Brief.
Your email account and device must be capable of receiving and playing the file, and it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.
My email delivery system keeps a verified audit log for each dispatch, so I can check whether the reading was delivered to the nominated email address. If a file genuinely fails in transmission, I will resend it. A delivery problem does not in itself create a right to a refund.
Allow up to seven working days from the point at which both payment and the complete required information have been received.
60 minutes: Live Zoom
The 60-minute readings are private live one-to-one Zoom appointments.
Include three available time windows over the next 10 days when submitting your Brief, together with your country and time zone.
The first available appointment is typically within seven working days, subject to the diary.
UK working hours.
The published Table hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM UK time, weekdays except Wednesdays, with availability on approximately two to three weekends per month.
Practical Booking Rules
The chair, the clock and the dispatch.
These are the practical rules that govern delivery and appointments. Please read them before booking.
Complete information is required.
All required booking information must be submitted through the Contact form or the relevant booking submission route. A reading remains pending until the complete information has been received.
Missing details can delay the work. The client is responsible for ensuring the information supplied is complete and accurate.
Delivery times begin when the Brief is complete.
Recorded work can take up to seven working days from receipt of both payment and all required information, excluding weekends and public holidays. Work may occasionally be completed sooner, but earlier completion should not be assumed.
Rescheduling live appointments.
Two rearrangements are permitted for a live appointment. A third rearrangement voids the session under the published policy and a new booking and payment would be required.
No-shows.
A live appointment has a ten-minute grace period. If you have not arrived within the first ten minutes, the appointment is treated as a no-show under the published policy and the session is forfeited.
Cancellation close to the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are treated as missed appointments under the published policy and are not refundable.
If you change your mind before bespoke work has begun, a refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase, less any payment-platform fees that cannot be recovered. Once bespoke work has begun, the work is treated as final and is not refundable simply because the interpretation or outcome is not what was hoped for.
Technology is your responsibility.
For Zoom, check your connection, audio and device before the appointment. For MP3 readings, provide a working email address and a device capable of receiving and playing the file.
No readings while driving.
A live appointment may take place while you are sitting in a stationary vehicle, but never while the vehicle is moving. If you are driving when the session begins, the session will be terminated under the published safety policy.
Unused purchased sessions.
A purchased session that remains unused for more than three months may be closed where the client is uncontactable. The published policy provides for outstanding unused sessions to be forfeited at that point.
If an MP3 does not arrive.
First check your spam and junk folders and confirm that the delivery email address you supplied is correct. Also make sure that you submitted the complete Brief and any other information requested, because the delivery period does not begin until the required information has been received.
My email delivery system keeps a verified audit log for every dispatch. This allows me to check the delivery record for the reading and verify whether it was sent to the nominated email address. If the file has genuinely been lost or has failed in transmission, I will resend it.
If the stated delivery period has passed and you still cannot locate the reading, use the Contact form at https://www.dustyatthetable.com/contact and I will investigate the delivery record.
No follow-up questions after completion.
Once the reading has been completed, the board is closed. Follow-up questions are not included in the original booking. Further discernment requires a new reading.
Other practical terms.
A reading is a private exchange. The personal circumstances and material you bring to the Table are treated in confidence, and the guidance, mappings, interpretations and original working material prepared for you are for your personal use rather than for republication or public distribution.
Do not arrange an ordinary reading for another person without their knowledge and consent. If you want to give a reading as a present, use the gift-certificate route. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and bespoke values can be requested through the Contact form.
If a transaction includes a physical item, delayed parcels should first be checked with the relevant postal or delivery service. Damage claims require clear photographs of both the item and its original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. A genuine loss or damage claim will be dealt with under the applicable resolution terms; a simple change of mind after receipt is not treated as damage or non-delivery.
Policies & Ethics
The terms around the work.
The main terms that affect a booking are set out here so you do not have to keep leaving the page to find them. Please read them before purchasing or using a service.
- Specific questions: readings require a clear target, relevant context and a specific situation.
- No fixed destiny: interpretations describe present influences, pressures and trajectories, not guaranteed outcomes.
- Timing: dates and timeframes given in a reading are approximate guides, not absolutes.
- Your autonomy: the reading does not make decisions for you. Your choices and actions remain your responsibility.
- Age: services are for adults aged 18 or over.
- Entertainment and guidance: readings are provided for entertainment and informational or suggestive purposes.
- Professional advice: readings are not substitutes for legal, medical, financial, psychological or other qualified professional advice.
- Urgent matters: where a situation involves urgent medical, mental health, safeguarding, legal or emergency concerns, use the appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
- Mediumship: although mediumship forms part of my training, it is not offered as a normal digital service through this Table.
- Right of professional refusal: I may decline work where I believe I am not the appropriate person or the session is unsuitable.
- Fitness for a session: the published policy reserves the right to refuse or terminate where a person is under 18, under the influence of alcohol or substances, or is considered unfit to engage safely with the session.
- Non-discrimination: the practice is intended to be inclusive and does not discriminate on protected personal characteristics listed in the published policy.
- Private work: your reading and the personal information you bring to it are treated as a private exchange.
- Governing law: transactions and interactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).
- What you are paying for: the fee is for my time, experience, labour and discernment, not for a guaranteed prediction, emotional response or particular life outcome.
- Current terms: booking protocols may be revised as the service develops, so the current information should be reviewed before each new booking.

Terms of entry.
By completing a purchase or using a booked Dusty at the Table service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the booking rules and terms set out on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not complete the booking.
The work is private and bespoke. Once bespoke work has begun, it is treated as final except where professional suitability requires me to decline the matter. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions; a reading does not guarantee a particular future or outcome.
Transactions and interactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).
